A picture is worth a thousand words. Here’s a little gallery from dress rehearsal this afternoon.
One moment of special interest: Shelén did something so touching today during one of her songs that I was suddenly overwhelmed by emotion. I thought I’d be able to keep a lid on my feelings, but when the piece was over I abruptly burst into tears and sobbed for about a minute. Jim, who was taking pictures today, is sort of used to my waterworks, but Shelén and César were taken by surprise.

We’re definitely ready for tomorrow.

Catch the show at Poquatuck Hall at 3pm on Sunday, August 28.
Tickets ($30) available only online.
