The opener of the 2016-17 NYFOS Emerging Artist series, this program captures the hopes, joys, and struggles of twentieth-century Americans, from the working class to the patrician blue bloods, told entirely by composers whose last names begin with B. Music by Berlin, Bernstein, Amy Beach, the Beach Boys and others.
